Metabolism is another word for metabolism. Metabolism is the way and the speed at which your body converts calories that you eat and drink into energy. The better and faster your metabolism works, the better you are able to lose weight or maintain your weight.
You can influence metabolism by making certain choices in your exercise and diet.
However, there are also physiological factors that you cannot influence. These are factors such as age, gender, height, hormone balance and hereditary factors. Unfortunately, they do affect your metabolism. Age, for example, causes a delay, which means that you gradually arrive because you build up more body fat.
