The reality of this is that the ranking of your website can be changed by the recent Google Pinguïn, Google Panda, and by using the other means that are available to change the algorithm of search engines. The truth is that you never know when it happens, which leads to a feeling of uncertainty.

Building your company on this uncertainty does not give a good feeling. That is exactly the reason why many people are afraid.

When generating traffic using search engines, there are two big parts that play an important role:

1. First there is on-page optimalisation, which basically means making your website accessible and clear to search engines, in order for the search engines to know what the website is about.
2. Secondly there is off-page optimalisation. Social blacklinks from different types are a part of this, along with websites who have a so-called high authority, because they can have links to your website on their own site.
