In this GDPR basic training you will get to know a couple of the big changes that are happing in relation to the current privacy legislation. Seeing as the new laws come with more responsibility and more duties for the employer, together with the heavy fines that can be charged (up to 20 million euros or 4% of the total revenue), we expect this basic training to be relevant for many people.

This basic training GDPR consists of 3 parts, and it will be wrapped up with an exam.

• The first part will teach you the basic rules that will be active from 25 May 2018 onwards.
• The second part is more specific, and it explains a 12-step programma which every company needs to take when the new privacy laws are implemented in order to comply with the new rules and regulations.

The third part covers 25 control measures which a company or organisation also needs to take in order to comply with the new privacy laws. In short, you will experience that the training starts out rather broad, and ends rather specific. As already mentioned, these three parts will be concluded with an certified exam.
